When we formed our first group in 2013, we were really able to learn what crowds react to. We then noticed they all have one thing in common – Huge dance floor expectations. Well great… So do we 🙂 So we understand it’s our job to make that happen; a job we take seriously and succeed at time and time again. We scale ours bands between 3 and 10 musicians so we can be an option for various budgets and room sizes. We also hosts regular band showcases for couples to hear and see the band before booking.
If you just wanted recordings played at your wedding, you would save your money and play a spotify playlist through speakers. As an entertainment company focused primarily on making your day amazingly awesomely unbelievably incredible, we put a TON of energy into training our DJs on how to throw a party. They need to read the room, transition from song to song effectively, mix creatively, switch things up on the fly if the vibe needs a tune up, and lead the party into epic status. Emcees (or MCs)
Many times we will have DJ’s handle the Emcee responsibilities but it is always recommended to book a DJ/Emcee team. This way the DJ can focus on the music all night long. Emcee’s are hired specifically for their personality and ability to engage a crowd. While the DJ is pretty much set behind the turntables, Emcee’s are mobile, able to mix and mingle with your guests, have some fun with the crowd, and most importantly- Keep the party on schedule.

Whether it’s a classical vibe set by a string ensemble or the sweet strumming of an acoustic guitar, we have great options for you to walk down the aisle to. We’ll get started as your guests arrive so they are greeted with music while awaiting the ceremony. When the coordinator gives us the ok, we’ll be sure to have that perfect song queued up and ready to go as the bridal party begins the processional, shortly followed by a special song for the bride. Once you say your I do’s, it’s time to celebrate. We will set the mood with an upbeat selection for you to exit the ceremony to in anticipation for the night ahead.
Now your guests are getting into party mode. We will provide fitting background music as they sample hors devours and sip on cocktails. From elegant jazz to steel drums, acoustic guitars, and more, we have plenty of selections to choose from fit for every season and musical preference. Many of our packages even include cocktail hour music.
There is no better way to bring an event space to life than with beautiful lighting to highlight it’s features. Our lighting specialists are experts in designing events with unique treatments. It’s amazing how the use of lights can effect the energy in a room, whether it’s a classic and romantic treatment with uplights and pinspots or a club-like atmosphere using dance floor lighting. Whatever your preference, we have a touch that will work perfectly.
When we book entertainment, we want to be sure the sound is going to project well towards your guests. Particularly with bands it’s very important to not only make sure the volume is at an acceptable level, but to also make sure the band has an even mix on stage. If the singers can’t hear the horns through their monitors, it could create a lack of balance on stage. More than anything, we want the soundtrack of your event to be complete with a highly produced sound. This is why we always seek to understand the characteristics of an event space before committing to the equipment and staff needed to make the best possible sound.
What wedding is complete without a photo booth? You have to document the day with silly images of yourself decorated in a viking hat and larger than life mustache, right? We have a variety of photo booth options including social media access, custom backgrounds, open air, closed booths, and all the props you could imagine.
